Meet Alicia
Alicia Bean MacDonald has a priceless ability to connect to folks with varying backgrounds; born to an immigrant and a US Army Veteran, she sees through a multi-faceted lens. Her aptitude to relate to both sides of the table results in an acute advantage in negotiating on her client's behalf. Applying an adaptable approach to effectively serve each client's needs is rooted in her lifelong career of helping others. With over a decade of real estate sales in Western North Carolina, she faithfully demonstrates the real estate agent pledge to protect and promote the principles of her clientele above all matters in a sale. Alicia's unwavering commitment to her clients truly sets her apart in the industry.
Alicia began working at the age of fifteen for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and continued on the path of service to one and all. She ultimately became an expert in every field she's worked in: customer service, marketing, public relations, executive banking, and real estate brokerage. Her determination for both the service provider and the client to celebrate a 'win' together has driven her through every success.
When asked how she fulfills her vision she said "I'm devoted to serving my community by helping others through my business and my friendship. I’ve been very fulfilled in life by being a good neighbor and living as an example of my core values: honesty, loyalty, and compassion."
Alicia evokes these same qualities in her family life. She's a devoted mother, and values the strength of a family unit built through love, support, and acceptance of each other. Alicia adores living in the Blue Ridge Mountains and enjoys every moment she spends in the forest. She's an avid hiker and runner and she also enjoys biking and water sports. She's a friend to wildlife, to her community, and to the environment.
